Stain Blocking & Mould Treatment 
This area was treated to address staining and potential mould contamination prior to redecoration. The affected surfaces were first cleaned and stabilised, with any loose or friable material removed. A specialist mould treatment was then applied to neutralise spores and prevent regrowth. Once fully dry, a high-performance stain-blocking primer was used to seal residual marks and stop staining from bleeding through future paint finishes. This process ensures a clean, uniform surface, providing a sound base for final decoration and long-lasting results.
